Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

Just follow the prompts on the site. By adding to your shopping cart, you will create an order. Nothing is finalised until you pay for your order on the secure NAB Merchant Facility.

How long will my order take to reach me?

It generally depends on where you live. If you live in a capital city, for example, you should receive your order between 1 and 4 working days. Country areas should see their order between 5 and 10 working days, and remote areas between 10 and 14 working days. We use Australia Post as they have proven to be the most reliable.   From time to time stock levels may vary and a 1-4 working day delay may occur as stock is arriving to fill your order.  In rare cases of stock not being available, due to our suppliers being out of stock, we will contact you by phone to suggest a replacement, or refund you the items out of stock.

How do I pay for my order?

You pay for your order at the checkout, on a secure page provided by the NAB using your credit card (i.e. Visa / MasterCard).

Where do you deliver to?

We will only deliver within Australia.   We use Australia Post within Australia.

Will you send orders overseas?

No, unfortunately we cannot send products overseas due to customs restrictions of some products in the recieving country.

What about out of stock items?

If we are unable to supply you with all or part of your order, we will credit your bank account with the value of the out of stock item. If your order value was over $150.00 and the item we could not supply brought your order to under $150.00, we will still send your order freight free.  We will also contact you to let you know if we are unable to supply due to unforseen circumstances and suggest a possible replacement.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, as long as it has not left our warehouse. If your order has left, you may return it but you will be responsible for the postage. We will refund the cost of the goods once we receive them in unmarked condition. The goods must be returned within 14 days.

What is your returns policy?

You may return your purchased goods, but they must be unopened and in new condition and it must be within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for the postage and packaging. Once the goods have been returned and inspected, your bank account will be credited with the value of the goods returned.

If it was our error, we will refund the postage to you or dispatch the correct goods post -free.

How are the postage charges calculated?

We charge a flat rate of $10.50 for delivery of registered packages within Australia. Orders over $150.00 are freight free.

Will you pass on my details to anyone?

Absolutely not. We will not pass any of your details to anyone unless required to do so by law. We will not sell, distribute or pass on information supplied to us. We take privacy seriously. We use the National Australia Bank Merchant Facility for your security and peace of mind. Processing your credit card payments via this facility is secure and we do not see or store your credit card details.
